Customer Support Representative (m/f)

Our Client is AgentLocator, company based in Canada with offices in Sarajevo and Mostar. The company helps real estate agents across Canada and United States to close more deals through online advertising and creating tools that help nurture Internet leads into transactions. While they thrive on providing impeccable service to their clients they also look after their team as if they were a family.
In behalf of our Client, we are recruiting motivated candidates for the position of:
- Answering incoming support calls
- Assisting clients with requests they have by showing them how to do it or doing it for them
- Working with tickets through a ticketing system like ZenDesk
- Carrying out of other tasks according to the order of superior manager
- Call center experience
- Preferable (but not necessary) at least 2 years of experience in:
- Web design
- Internet marketing
- Working with HTML
- Strong English language skills (written and verbal)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Work in a friendly, dynamic and stimulating environment
- Professional training
- International exposure and career development potential
