Lush Manufacturing in Croatia, part of the global business, is offering a great opportunity for you to join the Customer Services team. Customer Services sits at the heart of manufacturing and is highly visible, playing a pivotal support role across many areas of the company.
As a Customer Services Team Member you will be part of a key support and communication team, acting as a bridge between our Retail and Manufacturing businesses. You will be the first port of call for our Spanish and Portuguese customers and can expect lots of conversations with retail managers and support teams primarily, as well as all the other teams across the business!
We will ask you to become part of sociable and vibrant team where no two days are the same, aiming to provide our customer with the 5* service.
Your tasks will change regularly depending on the requirements of shops and the business, with the main aim to always ensure your customers are happy, well informed and respected.
We are looking for someone that will always go above and beyond each day ensuring you deliver a 5* service to all your customers. Relationship Building in this role is the key to success and you will be friendly, sociable, approachable and continuously networking to develop relationships across the business. You’ll have outstanding communication skills through all available channels including phone, email and face to face and be adaptable and organized, while still having the flexibility to react to changing demands and be willing to always learn more. With incredible time management skills you will be able to prioritize the here and now, whilst also still developing and creating plans for future projects.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills in Spanish, English and Croatian are essential. This role is not for the faint-hearted, it can be challenging at times.
