Due to an expansion of our team, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated:
Customer Service Specialist (m/f)
Your profile:
- Professional education in the field of economics (University degree or equivalent alternatives)
- Minimum 2 years working experience in Customer Service / Supply Chain or similar
- Fluent in Croatian and English language (written and oral). German and/or Slovenian would be a plus
- Mandatory high computer literacy in MS Office and SAP R3, CRM would be a plus
- Good organization, communication, negotiation and analytical skills
- Team oriented and multitasking
- Reliable, committed and able to work well under stress and tight deadlines
In this position you own the interface between our local organization and our Headquarters in Black Forrest / Germany. You are in daily contact with our customers, will respond to their inquiries and will process their orders in SAP. Furthermore you will manage our After Sales Service network and our spare parts stock. Our Sales and Marketing team will count on your support for preparing and executing mailings, promotions and other exciting tasks.
