Customer Service Representative (m/f)

For their Croatian team they are looking for new colleague on position:
Customer Service Representative (m/f)
Location: Zagreb
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communication with customers and coordination with multiple business and functional partners
- Delivery of exceptional service to customers and contribution to Corteva business success
- Order entry management, from initial contact until product arrival
- Managing customer demands
- Lead position in resolution of customer service failures
- Build and maintain customer loyalty and confidence
- Master data administration in SAP
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in a customer-oriented position or graduate with clear customer focus
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent English, both verbal and written communication
- Computer knowledge: Microsoft Office 365 (experience of working in SAP and Salesforce is a plus)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- The ability to manage conflicting priorities
- Capacity to work under tight timelines and in team-oriented environments
- Accountability for action and problem solving attitude
- Support in training new team members as needed
