Customer Success Specialist / Customer Experience (m/f)
Zagreb or remote anywhere from Croatia

Responsibilities:

Communication with a portfolio of clients
Answering customer queries and complaints via email, chat and/or telephone
Accomplishing results on your own and with your team
Inbound and outbound call handling to deliver consistent results (cross selling/overselling)

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for people to work from the office in Zagreb or remote anywhere from Croatia
French, German, English, Spanish, Italian, Dutch or Swedish as native/high level language and fluency in another one
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Empathy
Proactivity
Previous experience in Customer Support/ Sales is not must have, but a big plus!

Qualifications:

You must have an outgoing personality along with an exceptional level of drive and a desire to learn new skills and to build a career in sales
You should have excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously.

Requirements:

Firm commitment for a long term cooperation
Knowledge of another European language will be considered an advantage
Open to challenges and striving to achieve targets
Hunger for growth and ambition
You are available to work from Monday to Friday (8h/day)
