For our client, Johnson & Johnson company, we are looking for a motivated and proactive person to provide business development consultancy focusing on the distribution, visibility, and promotional elements inside the J&J portfolio.
We are currently looking for a Customer Development Manager for Croatian and Slovenian market.
Customer Development Manager (m/f)
Location: Zagreb
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- you will be a key person in both markets for FMCG brands of Johnson & Johnson
- you will be a key stakeholder in annual, quarterly and monthly plans preparation and execution in the market
- Plan, coordinate and oversee distributors` activities in both markets, including development of distribution, display and promotional strategies for the market
- Align on appropriate KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) for all brands in the portfolio and drive/monitor execution of their performance by brand, channel, and Key Account
- Through analysis of actual results and future projection, identify opportunities, gaps and propose corrective actions
- Drive overall trade execution and BTL consumer promotions in the market
- Budget planning, allocation and monitoring including management of all budgets for assigned brands on both markets
- Oversee financial aspects of assigned partners in coordination with BDM and Finance department
- Coordination and compliance of Quality and Regulatory aspects of the business between Company and distributors
- Prepare and actively participate in Business review and other meetings with partners in both markets
- Other activities necessary for achievement of company targets

- University Degree
- 3-5 years related work experience
- Analytical & data driven skills
- Proficiency in English
- Computer Skills
- Communication & Self Awareness
- Personal drive and comfortable in working with unclear situations
