Customer Care (m/f)

Professional skills:
• Background: Customer Service - Internal sales - Business Administration . Minimum of 5 years working experience as internal sales
. IT skills: Daily user of MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP - preferably Navision - Language - verbal and written skill level: Croatian - mother tongue level; English -advanced level;
• Experience working with European customers will be considered an advantage
Personality Traits:
• A dedicated, honest and hardworking team player
. Extrovert, empathic, good listener - understanding customers' needs and building
relations with them . Organized - ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Sense for details

O zaposleniku

Znanja i kvalifikacije:Key Responsibilities:
• Be the first contact point at Customer Care for European intercompany STARCO customers and some European external customers - sales & claims
• Be the customers "ambassador" at STARCO Beli Manastir
. Provide professional proactive customer-oriented service - develop close cooperation
and relationship with customers
. Provide customers with quotations based on the price instructions from the Segment
Director/s
. Take customer orders (e-mail, connect to customers system etc.) and ensure the
required product specifications are being given
• Create sales orders and related production orders in the ERP system (Navision)
• Provide customers with order confirmations within 48 hours / weekly order status report, shipment plans based on the service level agreement
• Work with customers at prioritization of orders, when needed
. Handling orders - coordinate internal (production planning, purchase, tire assembling
etc.)
. Follow up on backorders (daily) - open order book etc.
• Prepare shipment list and coordinate deliveries internal and with customers
• Coordination of delivery flow (Kanban, min/max, forecast etc.)
. Provide support to External Sales
. Maintain CRM data
. Participate in Mini Business Unit meetings
