CML Construction Services GmbH is a 100 % subsidiary of STRABAG SE. Its task is to provide the group companies with advice and support on contract-related
and legal matters. As a central division, CML supports the group’s operating staff in all phases of project execution. CML is involved in the project as required,

Contract manager (m/f)

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing/organising/coordinating contract management support rendered to STRABAG SE group in all phases of the project
- PRE-CONTRACT phase: Contract analysis based on the group guideline „Selection, approval for tendering, pricing commission“
- Support in preparation of documents for the pricing commission, Advisory, Participation in pricing commissions and in contract negotiations
- Development CM strategy and its coordination with project management, estimation and work planning department
- Participation in project launch meetings and discussion of the opportunities and risks identifi ed in the course of the contractual analysis
- PROJECT PHASE/PROGRES: Advisory to all types of CM questions and continuous on-site support
- Support of the operative project team regarding the documentation, processing and enforcement of claims
- Support regarding the defence of such claims (employer/subcontractor)
- Support in drafting contractual correspondence
- Support in arbitration and state court proceedings, adjudication, mediation, conciliation proceedings, DAB proceedings, etc.

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master degree in a construction industry/civil engineering, project management, architecture, contract management, planning ...
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc. Knowledge of planning softwares such as Primavera, MS Project, ASTA, PowerProject
would be an asset.
- Position is suitable for fresh graduates eager to learn and travel. Readiness to travel is absolutely essencial
- Excellent command of written and spoken English is essential. Good level of written and spoken German would be an asset. Local language is a must.
- Affinity to construction law
- Team player
- Proactive personality with strong social and organisational skills
