Responsibilities:
The activity of the operators involves initiating telephone calls and is addressed to clients in an existing and established database. The objective is commercial: to direct our partner's services to potential customers, to provide relevant and accurate information and to send personalized offers in order to conclude a remote telephone contract.

The ideal candidate
We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic, persevering and eager people for stability in the workplace, for the position of "Company product representative with Croatian language (m/f)" for promoting and selling products of Biocare Cosmetics.
We offer a stable job with an indefinite employment contract, a fixed salary, plus substantial commission earnings, depending on personal, monthly sales, a pleasant and organized working environment with all the necessary tools to make performance. We also offer the possibility, for those with no experience in the field, to learn all about this project in the initial training course.
Requirements:
- average computer knowledge;
- strong experience in Sales Call Center;
- excellent communication skills in Croatian – rich vocabulary, effective communication;
- the ability to gather information from a short time;
- positive attitude, teamwork skills and good relations with colleagues and clients;
- good sales, negotiation, persuasion skills;
- ambitious, competitive, hard-working and eager to push their limits.
The interview will be on Skype and in English. Please, don’t hesitate to improve your English for company internal communication.
