Sailing flotilla holidays Community manager (m/f)
We are looking for a enthusiastic creative individual with a strong work ethic to manage our social network pages and write content for the web. He/she needs to be perfectly fluent in English and have a work record in digital media. This is a tough one - has to enjoy the sea, travels and working with people.
WHAT WOULD BE YOUR JOB?
• Building relationships with followers on social media
• Social media campaigns and advertising
• Strategic planning of digital marketing
• Building brands
• Working with designers, programers and sales agents
• Market research, follower feedback and competition analysis
• Copywriting, PR, editing and translating
• Implementing of the marketing strategy
• Tracking and implementation of new ideas and social media projects
• Editing photos
• Zagreb office work throughout the year and a few weeks of sailing work during July and August: ensuring quality of service and producing photo & blog materials to be published during post and preseason

REQUIREMENTS:
• Native English speaker or similar
• Experience in social media/community management
• Marketing and copywriting experience
• Proactive and highly motivated for working in digital and social media
• Presentation and communication skills
• Dalmatia & Islands - knowledge and first hand experience
• Sense of humor
• Experience in editing photographs (Photoshop, etc.) is an advantage
• Experience in writing travelogues, itineraries and travel blogs is an advantage
