Commercial Manager (m/f)
Place of work:
- Zagreb
Your day-to-day responsibilities:
- Defining the long-term commerce strategy for the market
- Being the owner of groceries and retail P&L
- Managing and developing a high-performing team of business developers and account managers
- Acquiring and growing the business of the most relevant groceries and retail partners in the market
- Collaborate with other departments in the company to achieve quick and flawless execution
- Translating long-term strategy into actionable tasks and ensuring adherence to business plan

- Minimum four years of experience in retail or FMCG
- University degree
- Fluent English
- Experience managing and developing high-performing teams
- Proven record of strong commercial skills
- An empathetic, inclusive, and curious attitude
