Client Relation Specialist with Croatian (Fully Remote)

What You’ll Do:

• Boost Sales: Connect with potential clients, build strong relationships, and help them see the value in what we offer.
• Client Relationships: Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term partnership.
• Collaborate: Work closely with the support and back-office teams to ensure full service for our customers.

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
Who You Are:
• Sales Enthusiast: You’ve got a few years of sales experience under your belt and love the thrill of closing a deal.
• Experienced: You have:
   - 3+ years of general sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
   - OR 1+ year of experience in call-center on a sales position
   - OR 1+ year of experience in door-to-door sales.
• Tech-Friendly: Comfortable using CRM tools, video conferencing, and other digital sales platforms.
• Excellent command of Croatian
• Good English language skills (at least a B2/C1 level),
• Great Communicator: You know how to connect with people, both in writing and over the phone.
• Self-Starter: You’re motivated and manage your time well, even when working from home.
• Ambitious: You’re always looking to achieve more and reach new heights in your career.
