Chief Operations Officer (m/f)

Our Client is Kelteks, company specialized in production of textile reinforcement for lightweight concrete structures in the construction industry. The Kelteks´ products are predominantly used today for armouring or plaster mesh in interior and exterior applications. The priority for production is to create future-oriented, high-performance textiles made from carbon, fiberglass or basalt.
On Behalf of our Client we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated professional at the position of:
- Manages, organizes and coordinates all activities related to production, procurement, engineering, HSE and R&D department
- Supervises all plant activities
- Ensures optimal personnel organization
- Supervises choice of suppliers as well as need of all higher purchases
- Together with Board member for production creates a plan of development, strategy and aims of the Company
- Assists in the preparation of the annual budget for the Company
- Fully ensures all operational decisions are made to ensure the commercial activities are maximized
- Works closely with the Commercial and Financial Department
- Master`s degree
- A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience
- Business English proficiency (and/or German)
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Knowledge of textile industry is an advantage
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
- Crisis management skills and ability to work under pressure
- Strong time management skills
- Good budgeting skills as well as good knowledge of financial influences on business
- Driving license category B
