are currently seeking applications for the role of
CHEF De PARTIE with our clients across Ireland
The role of Chef de Partie:
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting a wide variety of dishes
- Managing and training demi -chef de parties or commis chef
- Ensuring that the highest standards of food hygiene are followed
- Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
- Maintain excellent knowledge of standard procedures and policies pertaining to food preparation, storing, and sanitising
- Full awareness of menu items, recipes, methods of production and presentation standards
- Operate and maintain all kitchen equipment ensuring that all faults are reported in a timely fashion
- Any other duties as assigned
Similar experience and communicative level of English required
Salary €26k-€29k. DOE
