Job description:
- Achieving business development targets by creating business opportunities from self-generated and Company generated leads
- Developing a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Providing assistance and information to the clients in order to increase sales
- Visiting all clients (agents) and establishing good working conditions
- Providing trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Registering in CRM and other systems of the company for registering the business opportunities
- Proposing marketing adapted activities according to local demands
- Implementing marketing activities in the local market
- Determining customers’ needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information
- Assessing market competition by comparing the company’s product to competitors’ products
- Obtaining product market share by working with Cluster General Manager to develop product development strategies
- Reporting periodically on the results to the management team
- Providing information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analysis; answering questions and requests
- Applying Company’s policies and agreed strategy
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of Business Development and/or Sales Management
- Technical knowledge Desirable work experience in the lighting industry and in electric material (low voltage)
- Excellent knowledge of English in speech and writing
- Good knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Skills of parallel implementation of several different projects ("multi-tasking")
- Responsibility and proactivity
