On behalf of our client Beckman Coulter who develops, manufactures and markets products that simplify, automate and innovate complex biomedical testing and whose diagnostic systems are found in hospitals and other critical care settings around the world and produce information used by physicians to diagnose disease, make treatment decisions and monitor patients, we are looking for:
Application Specialist for Laboratory Equipment (m/f)
Place of work: Zagreb
Purpose of the job
Application specialist is a key specialist for different product lines within Beckman Coulter organization, who plays an important role in ensuring customer satisfaction as well as the overall company’s efficiency with primary tasks in training, and application support.
Main Roles and responsibilities
- Support the training plan and provide training tools
- Deliver adequate training to improve the competencies of personnel of our Customers
- Maintain and upgrade training material
- Provide application and troubleshooting support to customers within territory of Republic of Croatia
- Establish and maintain effective communication with Customers
- Coordinate and distribute all new software updates packages and monitor implementation
- Monitor product performance, market acceptance and competitive activities
- Provide presentation on products, product positioning and competitive information
- Propose, conduct and participate in specialized conferences, exhibitions and seminars
- Provide product information requested by Regulatory department
- Check translation of product information/manuals
Expectations
- Degree in Biochemistry, Medical Laboratory Diagnostic or Molecular Biology
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Driving licence
- Computer skills in Office and E-Mail programs
- Familiar with lab processes
- Experience in clinical laboratory diagnostics is an advantage
- Strong ability to train and create enthusiasm about a diagnostic product
- Team orientation
- A self-motivated and flexible person who is willing to travel
