At Jet2.com and Jet2holidays we are all Customer Helpers responsible for creating memories and ensuring our customers Have a Lovely Holiday.
We have fantastic opportunities to join our Jet2holidays Team as an Airport Customer Helper (Overseas / Holiday Representative) based at Dubrovnik Airport for Summer 2018.
Reporting into our in Airport Team Leader, you will deliver an exceptionally friendly and trustworthy service to our customers' right from the moment they arrive.
Working closely with our transfer provider you will ensure our customers safe and efficient transfer to resort on arrival. At the end of their holiday, you will greet our customers as they arrive safely back at the airport to return to the UK to book with us time and time again.

Already living in Dubrovnik, or willing to relocate, you’ll ideally have a basic understanding of the local language as well as being fluent in English.
