ACCOUNTING AND CONTROLLING MANAGER (M/F)
Ensure execution of Company and Group strategy related to accounting and controlling area. Ensure constant optimization of accounting and controlling activities and resources with constant focus on operational cost optimization and alignment within all departments.
- Responsible for accounting and controlling department including reporting, balance sheet and income statement accounts
- Lead, develop and staff the accounting and controlling team
- Plan, track and evaluate efficient use of approved CAPEX
- Take on responsibility for IT application used by finance department and continuous improvement of financial systems and procedures
- Responsible for compliance with legal and tax regulations
- Monitor financial legislations changes on local market and make relevant suggestions
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements for management and Group
- Monitor the actual results against the budget/forecast, perform variance analysis and advice appropriate follow up actions
- Provide financial analytical consulting to each department in order to maximize return on investment and continuous improvement of profitability
- Monitor & evaluate the key financial indicators of the business
- Support CFO in develop and manage financial plan and leading the forecasting/budgeting process for all departments
- Provide financial analytical consulting to each department
- Provide professional support for high-level management decisions
- Take on responsibility for the accuracy of all financial activities of the enterprise
- University degree in Economics or other relevant area
- 3-5 years of similar position experience
- Advanced user of MS Office, Navision and/or SAP knowledge is an advantage
- English fluent
- Knowledge and experience in budgeting, taxation, accounting and accounting standards
- Strong analytical skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability and keen interest in challenging colleagues and business partners
- Experience in leading a smaller finance or accounting team
