We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Account Manager to join our fast growing Sales Team. With the Technical Department’s help, he/she will work on designing the perfect solution for our potential and existing customers in Central and Eastern European Countries and beyond
Job description
● Responsibility for expanding the Company’s customer contacts
● Reaching out to the new, potential customers
● Support the Head of Business Development by providing expertise in selling products to new and existing customers
● Create and deliver qualified opportunities
● Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects
● Identifies and closes new business customer opportunities
● Taking care of the Company’s already existing portfolio
● Communication with clients by telephone, email or personal visit
● Usual day-to-day accounts operations and monitoring
● Assists in deal qualification, proposal, closure, and resourcing
● Periodic meeting with clients - negotiations, plans, corrections of contracted conditions

Required Experience and Knowledge
● Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree diploma in Economy or Technical studies
● At least 2 years of working experience in Sales Department
● Experience in IT industry
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills Croatian and English; additional other foreign language is a plus
● Proficiency in Computer and Internet usage
● Organizational and time management skills
● High level of integrity and work ethic
● Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
● Driver’s license
