HR CONSULTANT Junior - Compensation&Benefits
(Zagreb)
Job Overview: Initially this position will assist our HR Consultants in organizing and processing different kinds of remuneration surveys. You will be responsible for contacting clients, assisting in job matching and creating benchmark lists, working with remuneration data, delivery of results to clients. Wou will also assist in position evaluation projects. You will be very much engaged in sales process. In the future you may be responsible for consulting our clients on all kind of remuneration packages and Human Capital related issues. The position will report to the HR Consultant Senior.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in organization and process of remuneration surveys (contacting
clients, job matching, results delivery),
- Assisting in position evaluation projects,
- Assisting in creating remuneration packages
- Sales of all our products

• 1 + years of working experience
• Degree from HR Psychology or Economics (HR)
• Excellent analytical skills
• Native level of Croatian and Fluent English
• Communication & negotiation skills and result oriented attitude
