Our Client DeTeImmobilien Croatia d.o.o. is a very successfull multinational enterprise which provides real estate and facility management services. Their customers dispose of real estates which are mainly used in entrepreneurial purposes.
Our Client is looking for Facility Managers f/m with these responsibilities:
•Technical, infrastructural and commercial controlling of facilities
•Responsible pursuit/controlling of services arranged by the agreement
•Direct management of subcontractors and superintendents
•Agreement negotiation and controlling
•Comprehensive quarter reports assembly and budget planning
•Assembly of expense accounts for administration and additional costs
•Correspondence with lessee, proprietors, proper authorities and subcontractors
•Concern for managerial software
•Responsibility for quality management
•Organization and takeover controlling/ monitoring of assurance actualization/ responsibility for customers
•Controlling of adherence to duties and regulations
•Collecting of bids/offers

To qualify, you will need the following:
•Bachelor of Science in construct, mechanical or electrical engineering
•Minimum of 2 years experience in real estate management and associates conducting
•Computer skills- MS-Office and experience in work with CAD programs, readiness to work on computers with SAP-system R/3
•Determination and decisive approach in contacts
•Increased knowledge of services
•Methodical and practically directed work
•Excellent knowledge of croatian and english language- writing and speaking
