For our client, a major Airline based in Zagreb, we are looking for:
Web Content and Claim Handling Agent (m/f)

Job description:
- Promote the company’s products and services as well as contributing to develop the airline market share and turnover
- Inform, serve, orientate the customers and participate in the development of customers’ loyalty
- Ensure proper content management of the Slovenian / Croatian / Serbian websites, the general quality - of service offered by the websites including on-time updates, dysfunctional web pages, broken links, e-services functionalities, increase on-line sales
- Respond in a positive and commercial manner to correspondence relating to passenger`s reaction both positive or negative with respect to the company products and services
- Giving systematic feedback and suggestions from these customer`s interactions that can be the basis of improving the quality of service in the future

Requirements:
- Fluent in Slovenian/Croatian/Serbian and English
- University degree (Economics/Business/Tourism studies is preferable)
- A few years of experience in Marketing and/or Customer Care is an advantage
- Experience in a multinational environment (airline/travel industry is an advantage)
- Good knowledge of general software programs: MS Office
- Innovative, inspiring and a strong planning and organizational skills
- Dynamic, positive and team oriented person
