WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
As a Trade Marketing Specialist you will play a key role in all the LELO/PicoBong product launches and B2B campaigns, working alongside talented designers, copywriters and marketing specialists.
Focusing on the EMEA Region, this job opening is for our European marketing office, located in Zagreb, Croatia. More than 10 nationalities on the team offer a multicultural, fast-paced working environment. WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Work closely with the Trade Marketing Manager to develop and implement B2B campaigns in the EMEA Region.
• Coordinate with creative team and copywriters on creation of marketing and promotional materials for local markets: product launches and all-year-around campaigns.
• Analyze LELO’s and PicoBong’s third party presence, propose actions to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Coordinate product and POSM portfolio for EMEA, identifying new initiatives and streamlining resources to benefit both online and B&M sales.
• Undergo continuous research on adult industry trends and competitor analyses.
• Lead a wide range of projects, from implementation of new digital marketing strategies to preparation of training materials for retailers and sales managers within the organization.

ORGANIZATION RELATIONSHIPS
• The Trade Marketing Specialist reports directly to the Trade Marketing Manager, cooperating and communicating horizontally with the marketing and research specialists, graphic designers, and communication teams across the organization, including our colleagues at the Shanghai and San Francisco offices.
WHAT YOU’VE DONE AND WHO YOU ARE
• Minimum 2-3 years of marketing or business experience. Agency background welcomed.
• Online sales and/or online marketing experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university in marketing, business, communications or related field.
• Genuine passion for building a brand, and increasing its global value.
• Great analytical, strategic and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Interest in sales and commercial aspects of the business.
• Exhibit strong communication skills and proactive character.
• Quick-thinker, practical problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently, no back-seat team candidates required.
• Fluent English level is essential.
• French, Spanish, Italian or German language are a plus.
