Main responsibility: Ensure the Software or any IT product integration provides a high level of quality that meets customer expectation.
Job Description
• Analyze, design, implement and validate strategies for continuous deployment to both host- and cloud-based infrastructure while ensuring high availability on both production and pre-production systems.
• Responsible for design and implement automated dynamic environments to support the needs of delivery agile teams, plus collaborate with functional and technical team members to develop deployment strategies for existing and new types of services.
• Ensure the Software or any IT product integration provides a high level of quality and making sure, that products meets customer expectation
• Ensure that the test systems are properly set up and with fresh test data, including master data and transactional data
• Plan testing from a top down approach. Business Process, Project, Transaction, Steps, Test Cases
• Understand Scope and Timelines of the Implementation Project, ensure quality criteria regarding Testing Documentation for implemented solution’s documentation are met
• Drive acceptance of the Quality Gate concept
• Main tasks of this role are:

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
Requirements
• Education: University Degree / other Academic Studies. Working Experience: At least 8 proved years, within this at least 5 years to include role specifically in testing and/or QA
• Language: Fluent English; Spanish as a bonus
• Soft Skills: Good interpersonal skills and organizational skills, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, leadership skills combined with the ability to delegate, Decision making ability coupled with the ability to work independently and proactively.
Technical and Experience Requirements
• + 10 years of technology background focused on Software Engineering as well as Application designs experienced
• + 5 years’ experience Developing and implementing quality management frameworks and systems and testing techniques as well as managing quality frameworks.
• + 5 years’ experience Verifying quality of products in addition to troubleshooting the solution of any errors or defects.
• + 2 years’ experience using specialized tools for implementing various DevOps processes. i.e. GitHub, Jira, Jenkins etc.
• Desirable Knowledge : Testing and Quality Mgmt. on new Dev Agile Frameworks i.e. DEVOPS as well as new IT Cloud based architectures.
• Education: Bachelor (degree) required, Computer Science or other relevant technical degree
• Strong Process Engineering experience, DEVOPS experience or Six Sigma/Lean project. Experience on design, install, and evaluate quality process-sampling systems, procedures, and statistical techniques.
• Desirable Certifications: Any Certification related with Soft Dev and Quality Mgmt. Technique.
