WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

If you know how to talk with developers, designers in order to come up with efficient website development projects and feel comfortable with technical part of digital marketing activities in general, FOREO and you might make a good match.

You are not afraid of working with data feeds in order to come up with a way to display it in user-friendly way and see what that data was hiding. Segmenting databases in MailChimp, analyzing newsletter campaigns is something that you love to do, since you instantly see results of the small tweak that you have worked on in the last campaign.

You know how doing even basic updates to website’s SEO there can be significant value brought.

The ideal candidate should have strong enough communication skills to constantly work with people around, who need assistance on questions about digital marketing they don’t understand.

RESPONSIBLITIES & OBJECTIVES
• Responsible for managing all aspects of the digital marketing activities those require technological / analytical approach. Some examples:
o Creating briefs for website developers and ability to understand the basic level of website development technologies, their limitations and possibilities. Working together with developers to come up with a best way to do amends on the website or create separate landing pages;
o Creating briefs for the web designers, according to information known about specifics of programming, allowing setting guidelines for most efficient way of designing.
o Being able to systematically test, do the quality control of website development tasks.
o Coordinate the process of constant SEO improvement on the website in different languages (working together with team members helping out with the translations and keyword research);
o Set guidelines for the SEM activities, educate the team, monitor the progress, engage in activities helping in advancement in this area;
o Management of email database, segmentation of it, automatic and manual email setup and sending out.
o Setting up systems to automatically (as much as we can) monitor the KPIs of digital marketing activities. This requires figuring out how to grab data from multiple sources, gather it in one sheet and display in a user friendly way.
o Setting up automatic reports on the performance to be sent to specific members of the team.
o Providing deeper data analysis of one-off issues/possibilities from several data resources (Google Analytics being one of them).
o Syndication of customer reviews across channels, making reviews accessible in more ways.


• Google AdWords or other advertising platforms management, that consists of various activities, of smaller and bigger scope:
o Setting up basic level search text ads in various languages;
o Setting up medium difficulty level ads (Shopping ads, Gmail ads);
o Working together with official Google Account Manager.
o Managing advertising through other platforms: Social Media, Content Distribution Networks.
o Evaluating online media channels – systematically mathematically calculate possible outcome, based on reach, sessions, conversions parameters.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in digital marketing related areas. Should have experience in various fields, most important being: website development, media buying through self-service platforms.
• As a must, person should be comfortable working in multi-national environment – as example - a challenge to work with localized Turkish advertising solution provider wouldn’t be a problem at all, researching potential content distribution networks in Spain or researching keywords in Polish would be normal every day task.
• Good level of English is a must with, knowledge of other languages and cultures – highly preferred.
• Desire to challenge the existing skincare and oral care industry, plus a healthy disrespect for the impossible.
• Strong communication skills is a must, since there will be tens of people to talk to and agree on something. Patience, sense of joint collaboration – should already come natural.
