Your responsibilities:
• Responsible for a team of about 10 Senior Developers
• Identify and work on performance issues
• Identify and prototype best practice for back end engineering
• Building efficient and reusable software

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
Requirements:
• some years experience as team lead
• 5+ years experience with PHP5/ OOP
• 5+ years experience with MySQL DB and data modelling
• knowledge about web services (REST/SOAP)
• Ability to write high-performance and reusable PHP code modules
• Experience with MVC Framework ZEND or any other
• Experience with Java and Solr is a plus
• Passion for performance debugging and benchmarking
• Knowledge in PHP, GIT and project management
• Good communication in English, German is not mandatory
