LPP CROATIA d.o.o. is a part of an international company which has been successfully operating in the clothing industry for over 21 years. We manage five recognisable brands: RESERVED, CROPP, HOUSE, MOHITO and SINSAY. In 2016, we launched a new brand in the premium category – Tallinder.
Our sales network amounts to more than 1,600 stores and it is gradually being expanded. We are present in 18 countries, creating jobs for over 22 thousand people in our offices and sales structures in Poland, Europe, Asia and Africa.
Currently we are looking for:
MOHITO Store Manager
Place of work: Split / Zagreb / Zaprešić
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Managing all store operational issues, including store housekeeping, store administrative duties, physical inventories, price changes, etc.
• Reaching sales targets and increasing profits
• Building a stable, competent and motivated sales team
• Recruiting, hiring, training, evaluation and counselling of store employees
• Scheduling, organizing and delegation of assignments
• Implementing employee performance evaluations and improvement plans
• Resolving customer problems or complaints by determining optimal solutions
• Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that employees provide the same level of service

• Focused on results, driven by passion for fashion
