The successful candidate will work in the area of ICT planning and budgeting, by ensuring planning, execution and monitoring of the ICT project portfolio.
The main responsibilities may include:
• Manage and coordinate the ICT project portfolio planning activities of the ICT function, liaising with the organisational planning cycles and standards;
• Provide ICT project managers with assistance and facilitation in carrying out project risk assessments and countermeasure identification;
• Maintain and update key common ICT management methods and processes;
• Development/maintenance/execution monitoring of internal- and external-facing communication plan (ranging from management Board ICT working group to Intranet for ICT);
• Perform any other related tasks as requested by the line manager.

Your profile:
We are looking for ICT Specialists from all EU Member States, who have:
• At least 6 years of experience with ICT project portfolio management, ICT project management and execution monitoring;
• Experience of working with multi-annual planning in medium to large size organization;
• Knowledge of Project Management methodologies, preferably Prince2;
• Knowledge of ICT Financial Management including methods and best practices for budget planning, forecasting and reporting.
Monthly salary: approx. EUR 4000 (net without allowance) and approx. EUR 6000 (net with allowances – if applicable) (This indicative salary calculation took into account the expatriation, household and 1 dependent child allowance.)
In addition, if applicable, allowances such as expatriation allowance, household allowance, dependent child allowance and education may be granted. Europol also offers a comprehensive welfare package.
