Main responsibilities:
• Provides information by phone or/and in the spare parts store to potential customers;
• Assists customers in picking up or ordering spare parts and directs them to the service and commercial departments;
• Prepares pro forma invoices in the software used by the company, according to the references received from colleagues or clients;
• Books the spare parts according to the customers’ or technicians’ orders;
• Prepares, updates and verifies the stock database;
• Registers the stock according to the procedures;
• Prepares invoices for sale in accordance with customers' requests, after checking the existence of goods in stock;
• Provides weekly reports on turnover to the Management and to the accounting department;
• Participates on recurrent inventories by labeling, reorganization and counting;
Assists in keeping parts inventory clean, and well organized;
• Sale in order to increase turnover of spare parts in Retail Store

• Middle or high education in Economics
• Ability to use standard computer applications and internet functions
• Excellent customer relationship skills
• Minimum one year experience in a similar job
• Proficient in English language (written and spoken)
• Active listening and good communication and negotiation skills
• Thoroughness, initiative, responsibility, accuracy, attention to details
• Dynamic and team player
