Sous Chef with international experience
We are looking for a candidate with at least 4 years of international experience in international cuisine, knowledge of at least English language, IT literacy and with a strong desire to grow within the International organization.
Your main responsibilities will be leading a team of associates, improving and/or maintaining quality of food and daily planning of Kitchen operation. Active role in creating menus, F+B packages as well as other marketing activities is expected in this role. Assisting in preparing and coordinating all departmental tasks with the present Sous Chef and Executive Chef, will also be among your responsibilities.
