Software Engineer (m/f)

Role description

Development of web-based information systems, websites, mobile native applications
Functional analysis of business and user requirements and business processes
Technical analysis and specification of business processes, user requirements and applications
Architecture of applications
Prototyping
Design and development of applications, user interfaces, middleware components, etc.
Maintenance (corrective, adaptive and perfective) of applications

Required expertise

Proven experience with Angular, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap3 – with an emphasis on writing clean, compliant code
Ability to work on a website collaboratively with a team of developers using GIT repositories and Atlassian stack tools (Jira/Confluence/Bamboo/etc.)
Experience with creating responsive web designs for mobile platforms or hybrid mobile apps (Ionic platform is a plus)
A solid understanding of UX best practices, Material Design and/or PrimeFaces UI frameworks
Experience with CSS systems such as SASS to compile style files
A deep knowledge of web accessibility standards.
A portfolio with relevant work
English is a must
Dutch/ French/ German are a big plus
