Our Client is Daikin, leading global manufacturer and supplier of HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) equipment, including heat pump and refrigeration solutions. The company provides innovative, premium quality indoor climate management solutions to meet the changing needs of their residential, commercial and industrial customers.

On behalf of our Client we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated person at the position of:

Commercial and Residential Sales

Responsibilities:
• Managing regional sales activities for dedicated commercial and residential customers, installers, designers and investors
• Achieving sales targets, creating and executing action plans and implementing product (project) strategies in line with company’s objectives.
• Leading sales negotiation and building strong relationships
• Providing high level development of existing customer relation and strengthen Daikin’s leading market position in Bosnia and Herzegovina
• Acquiring new customers and promoting Daikin solution to the market (HVAC contractors, installation companies, consultants, key accounts, designers)
• Pro-actively exploring the market to collect information about projects
• Project managing and coordinating with technical and commercial back office
• Maintaining high level technical knowledge of Daikin products and their application
• Coordinating and participating in promotional activities
• Close cooperating with commercial and residential sales team and managing director

O zaposleniku

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
Requirements
• Sales professional with ideally several years of experience in sales position
• Technical university degree or other higher education with strong interest in HVAC technology
• At least 3 years of experience in HVAC solution sales
• Established and good contacts in HVAC sector and profound knowledge of the market
• Sales driven personality with well-developed communication, presentation, interpersonal and commercial skills
• High level of self-motivation, persistent and organization skills
• Pro-active, dynamic and team-oriented personality
• Very good English skills
• Very good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Driving license and willingness to travel extensively
