Job Summary:
- Controlling Accountant and Payroll activities
- Responsible for all areas relating to weekly/monthly/yearly financial reporting to Management
- Payroll calculation and analytics, payment and invoicing controlling
- Developing and maintaining company's accounting principles, practices and procedures, controlling
- Maintaining accurate and organized documentation
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Maintaining accurate daily and weekly figures, as required by Operations Manager
- Administration duties including dealing with timesheets, payroll queries
- Being the contact for all legal issues regarding finance, payments and labour law
- Ensure records are kept in line with legislative requirements

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
Competences required:
- Degree in Accounting, Economics (Finance)
- Minimum 7 years of Accounting experience (preferably within Accounting Agency)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Scala or similar experience is advantage
- Payroll packagee knowledge
- Fluency in English
- Business decision making and knowledge
- Ability to make effective judgements on available data
- Planning and organizing – ability to identify the steps to be taken to achieve objectives
