In connection with the development of the company, we are looking for a person who will join Contact Center Team as:
SALES TEAM LEADER WITH CROATIAN
Your tasks:
• Leading and mentor your team of sales consultants working in the office and remotely from home
• Reviewing the sales process and make suggestions of how to improve them
• Verifying the quality and efficiency of consultant’s service
• Reporting on sales activity and sales results of the team
• Motivating and directing your team to success
• Developing and coaching the team
• Focusing on the target
• Supporting new team members in the beginning of their work
• Assisting with recruitment and interviews for new team members
• Cooperating closely with other departments

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
We expect:
• Very good command of Croatian (native or near to native) - knowledge of other foreign languages is always appreciated
• Fluent English
• Ability to work 40h hours per week (from Monday to Friday between 08:00-18:00)
• Good command of Excel
• Experience in a position related to the sales
