Located in Osijek, Croatia

NovoCommerce International is a company operating in Croatia that belongs to the Monnoyeur Groupe in France. It is based in Osijek and Bjelovar. The Company is an exclusive dealer of John Deere, American producer of top brand tractors, combines and other agricultural equipment.
The role of NovoCommerce International is to provide integrated solutions to Croatians farmers, spare parts, field service and training for operators. Our values are those of a family business in the service of its customers. By experience, respect and positive attitude we build our future.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- He is responsible for promoting the company and products marketed in the territory affected
- Performing canvass (prospecting) to any potential customer
- Contacting customers by all means put at his disposal: email, fax, telephone, mail, visits, etc.
- Establishing written offers (technicals and economics) following the customer’s needs and requests, that must be submitted within 48 hours of the customer request
- Determining where appropriate, the connection between the client and the product specialist (machinery, allied) and seeking to establish the final offer after meeting the client and the product specialist
- Tracking and boosting current businesses
- Closing the agreement for sale in accordance with the procedure and follows their completion (payment, delivery, reception and put into commission/operating)
- Advising the client to prepare the files for his evaluation in order to obtain financing, an EU grant, a loan or a lease (in collaboration with the Department of Finance);
- Ensuring the proper payement from the customer according to the agreement for sale, making all the necessary arrangements to have it done in time;
- Weekly checking the customer’s debts situation, if it suites the contractual terms, and act accordingly when appropriate
- Making a chart of the client and updating the centralized database according to the procedure
- Actively participating in fairs or other promotional events (local, regional and/or national)
- Knowing the competition, their actions and their clients, and enter informations into the database
- Transmiting regularly all informations from the field to the head-office.
- Forward to his superior all complaints and remarks that were made by the customers, as well as their explanation and proposals in response to this
- Participating actively in all potential internal and external training what will be proposed
- Forward to head office the notes and the roadmaps expenses as required by the law and the internal procedures

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- University graduate preferably in agronomy, agricultural mechanics
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales
- Experience of working in the agricultural field is a plus
- Proficient in English language
- Good PC Skills
- Driving license
- Excelent communication and persuasion skills
- Client-oriented person, good communicator, active listener
- Results-oriented, serious, flexible, highly motivated individual
