The following vacancy in the Zagreb head office is to be filled with a pro-active personality:
Sales & Marketing Supervisor (m/f) - Zagreb
You will work individually and as part of a team to ensure the implementation of effective marketing and sales strategies within different SEE countries.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Implementing Sales & Marketing projects created to support distributors and a growing business
• Interacting with all departments and offices to ensure efficient communication and understanding of the corporate marketing and sales projects at the local level
• Contributing to business growth by handling projects that support DSs activities, DS communications, sales analysis, sales promotions, product launches and marketing activities such as PR, sponsorship or advertising
• Sales forecasting and reporting
• Liaising with top Distributors for actions/projects implementation
• Liaising and aligning with Distributor Service Department

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
Requirements:
• University Degree in business administration, sales and marketing; MBA is preferable
• 6 years working experience in multinational consumer goods companies
• Customer and retail orientation
• Analytical skills: expert sales data and promotions analyzer, confident with SW for business data analysis as Business Intelligence
• Familiar with sales and marketing planning processes, sales forecasts and business reviews
• Communicative, confident, enthusiastic, with good interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Fluent in Croatian and English and good mathematical skills
• Strong administrative & organizational skills
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Must be prepared to travel
• Experience working and travelling abroad
