Sales & Marketing Representative Collistar (m/f)
Location: Zagreb, field work in Croatia
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure the correct positioning of products on shelves and in make-up stand
- Analyze the specific needs and opportunities on the point of sale, agree and implement the most suitable layout, display, space allocation, visual merchandising solutions
- Ensure the correct setup and loading of POS materials (intervening in the first person where necessary)
- Manage the relationship with store managers
- Present to store manager all novelties, promotional activities, Gift With Purchase and other activation
- Organize promotional days /events in store recommending the best offer to meet consumers’ needs (both skincare and make-up) to push sell-out.
- Manage storecheck in the area of competence, ensuring the correct implementation of the channel and customer policies defined by the company
- Manage testers, POS and make up structure
- Manage stock of less performing goods, obsolete goods…
- Monitoring of competitors activities
- Analyze the specific needs and opportunities on the point of sale, agree and implement the most suitable layout, display, space allocation, visual merchandising solutions
What we are looking for:
- A consolidated experience as SMR in cosmetic sector - preferably in FMCG companies
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills to develop and maintain professional and productive relationships with the clients and vendors
- Good understanding of numbers and a flavour for accuracy
- Self-driven, result-orientated and proactive individual
- Ability to prioritize and organize work based on the given deadlines
- Willingness to travel (90% is field work)
- Confident handling of MS Office (PPT, Excel)
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills to develop and maintain professional and productive relationships with the clients and vendors
