Sales Manager

BD Diagnostics - Preanalytical Systems

We are looking for a PAS (Preanalytical - Vacutainer® brand - Systems) Sales Manager for the markets of South East Europe (based in Croatia), to identify growth opportunities, develop and personally implement sales and marketing plans to ensure the continued growth of BD PAS product sales, market position and profitability in the region, in line with the overall business strategy.

This will be achieved primarily through the effective selection, management and development of our distribution network and the promotion of PAS products and services to strategic key opinion leaders and end-users.

As a member of BD PAS team in CEE - Central Eastern Europe, you will also help develop the general sales and marketing strategy for the CEE region.

Requirements:

• Educational background and professional experience in the healthcare sector with preference to the medical device / diagnostic market segment
• Strong knowledge of SEE markets, the channel and distribution environment
• Proven records of success in medical device / diagnostic market is advantageous
• Strong strategic thinking and good understanding of the strategic selling process
• Customer focus
• Leadership and change management ability
• Very good English skills
• Strong presentation, communication and influencing skills
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently in a complex environment
• Personal responsibility and high ethical values
• Flexibility and willingness to travel
• Driving licence B
