TIFON seeks a new team member for the following position:

SALES MANAGER FOR POLYMERS



Purpose of the job:
The purpose of the job is to implement all sales activities of the Group by selling polymers (LDPE, HDPE,PP) produces in plants of MOL Petrochemicals and Slovnaft a.s. within SEE region.
Task and responsibilities:
  • Carry out strategy by implementing both business and sales plan
  • Prepare the sales concept for the customers and define the steps to achieve the goals
  • Handle customer claims in coordination with Polymer Technical Service Department
  • Support customers in terms of new product implementation
  • Lead price and volume negotiation and tendering with the customers
  • Timely transfer orders concerning the goods ordered by customers to Back-office
  • Prepare proposal for annual frame agreements
  • Manage existing customer portfolio as well as seek new leads, new customers and regularly reporting in SAP CRM
  • Provide all the market related information to Regional Sales Manager (pricing, demand, trends in the polymer industry)
Requirements:
  • University degree
  • Extensive sales experience, preferably B2B, knowledge of industry products is an advantage
  • Self-motivated, flexible, independent, organized, accurate and solution oriented person
  • Customer oriented and proactive approach
  • High level of negotiation and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel
  • Experience in using SAP CRM is an advantage
  • High level knowledge of MS Office
  • Driver’s license category B
  • Fluency in Croatian and English written and spoken
