We are looking for motivated sales professionals to provide global Internet solutions for our clients by creating job ads and providing candidates. The ideal candidate will have a proven sales track record with some experience in the hospitality and tourism industry.
Responsibilities:
• Prospect, develop and close new accounts in assigned market segments
• Develop and deploy a sales strategy against named accounts
• Consult with clients in an effort to provide global internet solutions for their business
• Build and maintain relationships with your clients by providing “outstanding” customer service
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals
• Utilize and provide sales reports, pipelines and forecasts by using respective CRM system
• Report to upper management

Requirements:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (on the phone and in person)
• Excellent work ethic, self motivated, positive attitude
• Computer, internet and web knowledge
• Own a newer PC / MAC computer with Microsoft Office / broadband Internet
• Own a transportation vehicle and clean license
• Ability to thrive in a non-structured environment and collaborate with team members
• University degree, strong computer and Internet skills (including Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Croatian a must
(German is a plus)
