Bringing in your sales expertise, you will focus on expanding sales by establishing and strong relationship with existing and new customers. You will also add value to customer’s business. You will have a pioneer spirit with a strong personal drive to hunt for new customers and opportunities. Establishing solid relationship with customers, you will maintain high customer satisfaction ratings. Thinking Danfoss you can always count on the support of your colleagues to realize your goals within sales and marketing. Being the "Voice of the Customer", you will help the sales and marketing team understand the needs of customers.
You will be responsible for:
- Having structured information about ongoing projects that involve drives in Marine and Offshore business
- Developing and improving relations with people and companies that are involved in drives and automation in Marine and Offshore business
- Looking for a new projects and customers
- Negotiating for projects and closing orders with contractors
- Payment follow ups
- Developing new accounts
- Maintain customers and sales activities using Sales force
- Identify new and tracking existing opportunities in Sales force
- Provide estimations about sales results in short and long prospective – Rolling forecast

Your Education and Experience:
- Graduate Electrical Engineer with minimum 2 years of experience in product sales for projects
- Preferred experience in Marine business
- Preferred experience in drives and automation
- Good communication skills and personality
- Independence in performing daily tasks and business challenging thinking
- Team work and fast learning
- Social perceptiveness
- Fluent in written and spoken Croatian
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Presentation skills
- Travel mobility at the national and regional level (B driving license) (less than 10% off annual working time)
