SALES DIRECTOR (m/f)
Croatia and the Adriatic Region
The client is an international company in the domain of medical devices, diagnostics and laboratory equipment. The Sales Director will be in charge of the development of the business in South Eastern Europe including Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia, Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia and Kosovo.
The main responsibilities:
- Managing of the distributor’s network in the Adriatic Region
- Developing and implementing distribution strategies as well as sales and marketing plans to include sales goals and budgets
- Actively seeking/developing new business opportunities for the Client
- Assessing and monitoring distributor performance
- Increasing sales and brand awareness with existing and new customers
- Developing and effectively managing key accounts and opinion leaders
- Reporting to the head office in the EU

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
Requirements:
- A university degree, preferably in research/medicine/biomedical sciences
- Minimum 3-5 years of recent successful experience in a managing position and a wide range of active contacts in the field of research and/or medicine
- Previous experience in medical devices, diagnostics and laboratory equipment is a plus
- Experience in distributor management
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to communicate well in English
- Good computer skills with MS Office programs
- Willingness to travel extensively as needed
- Beginning of work: 02-2015
