Location: Dubrovnik

Currently, the Sales & Customer Service team is looking for Rental Sales Agents to assist our customers by offering them the best mobility option that adapts to their needs.

What would your responsabilities as Rental Sales Agent be?

Welcoming and personalised customer service
Management of the rental contract
Offering to the customer the option that best suits in their mobility needs.
Reception at the return of the vehicle and vehicle appraisal
Vehicle movements

Ability to provide excellent internal and external customer service.
Ability to communicate fluently in English.
Driving licence (B1) and own vehicle.
Organised, flexible, proactive, decisive and with initiative, able to work in a team and results oriented.
Good communication and negotiation skills, as well as digital skills for the use of our tools.
