JSC Olainfarm is looking for a
REGIONAL MANAGER for the CROATIAN Market (based in Croatia)
The responsibilities of the Regional Manager include administrative, medicine registration, logistical tasks and management of personnel. In addition, the Regional Manager will bear executive responsibility for development and implementation of a long-term market expansion programme and strategies to achieve regional vision and goals.
REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge of local language and English, Russian as advantage
- Bachelor degree required
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and/or medical device industries
- Knowledge of rules and regulations for the pharmaceutical industry
- Ability to establish strong partnership with the government, professional associations and industry experts
- Ability to develop and manage custom relationships
