Location: Zagreb
Duties:
• Job posting for Balkan region
• Recruitment and selection process for new job positions
• CV screening, interview and testing of candidates
• Reporting to management
• Ensure that correct company rules, procedures and policies are followed
• Improve company’s HR process and polices

Qualification:
• Bachelor or Master degree in relevant area
• At least 3 year of relevant experience in a similar position (preferably in an finance/economy company)
• Fluent in English
• Knowledge on how to use LinkedIn or some other recruiting tool is a plus
• Knowledge in HR software is a plus
