On behalf of our Client we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated professional at the position of:
Quality Manager (m/f)
Northwest Croatia
Responsibilities:
• Develop/improve the company's quality procedures, standards and specifications
• Review customer requirements and ensure their fulfillment
• Set standards for quality within entire supply chain
• Ensure that the production process meets the standards of the company quality procedures and customer requirements
• Examine ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency while maintaining quality requirements
• Monitor performance via relevant KPI's in line with senior management guidelines
• Utilize all relevant quality tools to ensure managers and other departments understand and conform to the QMS
• Assume overall responsibility for the quality team and their daily functions

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor's/Master's degree in technical education
• Six Sigma or similar qualification is preferable
• 5 years of experience at managerial position with serial/volume production in automotive or similar industry
• Experience in implementation and management of QMS systems
• Business English proficiency; strong German knowledge as a plus
• Strong data analysis skills (background in statistical analysis preferable)
• Excellent IT skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Team worker; highly self-motivated and assertive personality
