On behalf of our Client we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated professional at the position of:
Quality Manager / Lean Facilitator (m/f)
Responsibilities:
• Create and develop the quality system that complies with ISO, OHSAS and other standards in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Facilitate process of both internal and external customer audits
• Lead complaint investigation and resolution of quality issues to root cause with customers
• Work with department team leaders in establishing objectives for each project
• Lead problem solving strategy to continuously improve products
• Develop Lean vision and strategy
• Serve as Lean expert in identifying and assisting in the implementation of business model changes to meet cost savings initiatives
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure employees are engaged during the Lean implementation
• Provide Lean employee training and facilitate correct use of Lean tools throughout the organization
• Design a system to identify potential quality issues prior to production
• Manage and develop departmental staff including selection, orientation, training, succession planning, performance management, evaluation, coaching and discipline
• Demonstrate commitment to safety and performs job duties in accordance with company safety policies and procedures

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor's / Master's Degree (Engineering, Chemistry, Mathematics or related scientific area)
• Training/Certification as Lean Facilitator, TPM Facilitator; Six Sigma is preferred
• Minimum of 3 years’ prior Quality management (or Lean facilitation) experience required, preferably in manufacturing setting
• Knowledge of ISO, OHSAS and other applicable quality standards
• English Language (Fluent)
• Strong business oriented and ability of mathematical analysis
• Exceptional facilitation and change management skills
• Excellent IT skills
