Your role:
Rimac Automobili is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project Manager to schedule, support, and monitor all aspects of R&D, production and prototype projects ranging from components to entire vehicles. Your work will cover tracking the development of project, providing and documenting performance feedback as well as coordinating activities of project team members. The goal of this individual is to improve the efficiency and sustainability of operations while also taking an active role in improving customer experience. Multi–talented, skillful and diligent people who are able to carry out a wide variety of tasks are just what we are looking for.
Responsibilities:
• Schedule, support, and monitor all aspects of multidisciplinary prototype projects
• Obtain/review BOMs, understand/define processes, create schedule, monitor progress
• Communicate with clients and report project status
• Estimate resources for each project
• Support sales to create precise quotations
• Ensure project moves smoothly through various processes, steps, and phases without delay
• Identify constraints, problems, potential issues, and mitigate with effective solutions
• Ensure personnel, equipment, material, tooling, components, are purchased/allocated/available
• Create financial forecasts and track spending budget throughout the project
• Manage resource allocation (personnel and equipment) to ensure high efficiency and productivity
• Provide dashboard and daily updates on project status
• Work closely with engineering, manufacturing engineering, manufacturing, purchasing and the management
• Upon completion, provide comprehensive project summary: schedule, cost, resources, efficiency, productivity, etc.

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
Requirements:
• University degree, preferably in the fields of economics or mechanical or electrical engineering
• 3 years of experience in high-level project management in R&D and manufacturing
• Excellent technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in electric device development, software development and mechanical engineering
• Extensive experience running multiple complex projects in parallel
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Advanced knowledge of CAD software (Solidworks, Pro-E, Altium Deisgner etc.)
• Advanced knowledge of English (German is a plus)
• Automotive experience is a plus, but not required
