Opis radnog mjesta:
To manage one or several engineering projects under leading of project director or PMO. Take responsibility of all aspects of the project over the entire project life cycle, including Initiation, Planning, Implementation and Close-out.
• To create Project Plan including Scope of Work, Schedule, Communication Plan, Quality Control Plan in conjunction with stakeholders representatives.
• To prepare detailed organization structure and responsibility matrix, assign appropriate tasks and responsibilities to the team members, establish a project management system and training plan, carry out performance evaluation for each of the team members.
• To forecast resource requirements for all aspects of project delivery, to be responsible for project team building and management.
• To make the budget of project deployment and control the cost
• To execute communication plan to all stakeholders.
• To report project progress to all stakeholders and PMO.
• To be responsible for customer satisfaction and overall employee satisfaction.
• To obtain the Preliminary Acceptance Certificate (PAC) or Final Acceptance Certificate (FAC) in time, and help the AM collect contract payments on schedule.

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
Requirements:
• University degree in telecommunication or electrical engineering
• At least 3 years project management experience
• Good knowledge of at least one or more of the following products and solutions including CDMA, UMTS; Broadband and IPTN including NGN, ATM/IP DSLAM and data; Optical Network including SDH, WDM and Intelligent Network including SCP, SMP, SDP,SSP.
• Technically aware: provision of service project management and technologies
• Ability to work across cultural and organisational boundaries, and operate successfully in an intense business environment.
• Ability to work with customers, internal business unit organisations and third party vendors.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to host presentations at management and executive level.
• Ability to perform job functions to standards under pressure of tense/confrontational situations.
• Ability to remain calm and courteous with demanding/difficult customers and/or situations.
• Ability to work without direct supervision
• Communicates effectively using clear English.
• Skill at tracking & detail oriented
• Numerate, commercial with good written skills
• IT competent (Microsoft Office), especially Microsoft Project and other PM tools
