We are the leader of the European building glass processing sector. We collaborate with leading producers of windows and façades. We have the state of the art machinery. We have been implementing individual service systems and keep expanding our production potential.
For our new factory in Croatia, in Varaždin, we are looking for candidates for the position of:
Production manager (m/f)
THE PERSON HIRED FOR HIS POSITION WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
• supervision the planning and organization of work production
• ensuring procedures, standards and the best practices are implemented
• monitoring indicators of work of the production department
• supervision over the quality of manufactured products
• managing subordinate team, creating positive atmosphere and motivating staff
• ensuring that good working relations are constantly maintained
• building the work culture based on trust, respect and honest
For our new factory in Croatia, in Varaždin, we are looking for candidates for the position of:

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
WE EXPECT FROM CANDIDATES:
• higher technical education
• several years of experience in a similar position in a manufacturing company
• very good knowledge of English
• knowledge of Polish or German would be advantage
• knowledge of modern methodologies and trends in the
management of production processes and quality
• ability of analytical thinking, continuous improvement approach
• excellent interpersonal skills and communication
• flexibility, experience in working in international environment under a lot of time pressure
